Can you move event and exhibition kit?
Yes. Stands, staging, display kit, furniture and stock can be moved to a venue, unloaded to a timed slot and collected at breakdown. Venue paperwork and access windows are planned first, then the whole job is fixed-quoted from the run sheet.

What it is
Miss the build slot and the show starts without you.
Venues run on timings that do not bend. You have a loading bay window, a build period and a breakdown slot, and every one of them has a queue behind it. Event work is therefore about arriving at the right gate at the right hour with the paperwork the venue asked for — the driving is the easy bit.
We handle stands, display units, stock, catering kit and AV, out to the venue and back to wherever it lives afterwards. At breakdown we are there when the hall opens rather than three hours later, because venues charge for overrunning and organisers remember who caused it.

Yes — exhibition work is often at the NEC, ExCeL or Olympia and we quote those as long-distance jobs. The mileage is priced in with the venue timings.
We will carry, position and unpack, and lend a hand with straightforward assembly. Complex modular systems should be built by the contractor who supplied them.
We build realistic waiting time into event quotes because overruns are normal. If it goes dramatically past the agreed window we will tell you what that costs before the clock runs, not afterwards.
