What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and the postcodes involved in your job.
• Details you choose to send about the work — messages, photos and videos of items or rooms.
• Basic technical information about your visit, such as the page you submitted a form from and the device type.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and send you a quote you asked for.
• To plan, carry out and invoice the job you book.
• To contact you about that job — confirming times, access and parking.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest when you ask for a quote, and performance of a contract once you book. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Manny and any crew working on your job. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Form submissions may pass through standard hosting and email providers purely to deliver the message to us.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for six years to meet accounting and insurance requirements.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is there to make the site work, such as remembering answers you gave in the estimator during your visit.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email worldrangemove@outlook.com or call 07777 105858 and we will deal with it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we respond, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
