Adding a cleaning company to that — with their own arrival window, their own quote and their own idea of when the property will be empty — is how people end up cleaning an oven themselves at eleven at night. Manny built the business around removing that problem.
One team does both. We load in the morning, deliver to the new address, then come straight back to a now-empty property and clean it properly, carpets included, before the keys are handed over. Because it is the same crew and the same day, it costs less than booking the two separately and nobody has to coordinate anything.

We can clean the property you are moving into as well, usually before the van arrives so you unpack into a clean house. Say so at quote stage and we will build it into the day.
Almost always, because the property is empty by then and that is when a deep clean is worth doing. If completion timings make that impossible we will clean the next morning instead.
